Terms of reservation for rooms booked via www.naas.se
Valid from June 2023 and until further notice for accommodation at Nääs Slott.
Reservation, confirmation and payment
A reservation is valid when we have confirmed the booking and you have received a booking number.
The final payment has to be done and registered on our account latest seven days before the arrival date.
Domestic payment (Sweden): BG 5751-1792 August Abrahamsons stiftelse.
From other countries:

Message: ”Booking number, check in date, name of the person who has booked”.
All prices for the accommodation are including VAT (12%).
The accommodation
The accommodation includes made beds, towels and final cleaning (see more about cleaning further down) as well as one parking permit per room for the staying period. Free coffee/tea in the kitchen is included as well as free WiFi.
You share a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and shower/toilet in the building. No private sheets are allowed.
Please bring indoor shoes or slippers - it will make your stay more comfortable and it will also be more gentle for the floors.
Please note that there can be other guests staying in the building.
The suite Selma in the South Wing is an exception and has a private shower/toilet.
Note that breakfast is NOT included ant that all rooms and buildings are totally smoke and pet free.
Safety
Note that its is forbidden to charge electric cars from the houses. Nearest charging opportunities are in Floda and Tollered - one stop in each direction along E20. Never charge any electronic equipment in the house during night or unattended in the house.
Make sure to close windows and lock the front door when leaving the house. Please also keep the front door locked during your stay.
All names of the guests in your boking have to be sent in before arrival.
Note that barbecue only is allowed at the prepared grill at the swimming area Nääsbadet, provided that there is no fire ban at the time.
Arrival and departure
The room is at your disposal at earliest 15:00 on the date of arrival and you check in at the Nääs Slottsbod / reception / tourist information after 15:00 (opening hours – see www.naas.se).
Information about where to pick up the keys outside opening hours will be communicated approximately one week before the arrival date.
The check out has to be done latest 11:00 on the date of departure.
Exceptions are only valid after a formal confirmation from us.
Before leaving the guest is committed to do the deep cleaning, which includes putting things back where they belong, sort the garbage and put it in the kitchen and to do the pot washing and place glasses/plates/cutlery in the dishwasher. If this is not completed, an extra fee of will be charged minimum SEK 750 will be charged.
Cancellation and failure to arrive
You can cancel your booking for free until seven days before the arrival date. If you cancel your reservation seven days or later before the arrival date or if you fail to arrive, 100% will be charged. Cancellation has to be done via e-mail to info@naas.se
